If you want to return an item, fill in the return form.

It is not possible to exchange or return sale or custom made items. Due to hygiene reasons it is not possible to return or exchange earrings, hair accessories and hair bands.

Returns are only accepted if products are returned unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging.

The costs for the return shipment are not reimbursed by Shabby Tiger. You are responsible for the shipping and packaging of products that you return to Shabby Tiger. Shabby Tiger therefore recommends sending returns by registered and insured mail and packaging the products extra well.

After filling in the return form you will receive the return instructions by e-mail within 1 working day. The amount will be refunded to the account of your original payment method within 14 days. You will only receive the amount of the returned items and not any shipping costs.
The amount can only be refunded to the account from which the original payment originated.

Of course we hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you have 14 days to return the product from the date you received the order.

Shabby Tiger offers refund. If you want to exchange an item, we recommend that you return the unwanted item and place a new order for the correct item or size that you want.
